What to expect
On site!!

A warm sunny day with a picnic vibe – we will lay out tables and chairs but feel free to bring your own as we won’t have enough to go around.

We will have a bar in the Lower Hall serving Shiny Lager & Wipeout as well as a very large selection of chilled prosecco and white, rose and red wines. We take electronic payments.

A tuck shop will be set up to serve soft drinks, sweets and crisps.

Food vendors on site serving hot and cold food all afternoon.

Music – we will have live music and a playlist running at various stages through the day.

Raffle – tickets on sale on the day. Some amazing prizes on offer!

FOOTBALL…. Of course there will be football… goals galore to enable the big and little kids to play!

Consumption of alcohol

There are various signs around the park perimeter advising people that public consumption of alcohol is not allowed. It is possible that you could be asked to stop drinking or surrender your alcohol by a police officer or PCSO. We need to make you aware of this. This is a family event with a defined start and end time, using plastic glasses. We have been open to all necessary groups with our plans so we are not expecting any issues.

Please be sensible. This is an event for the children and you will be responsible for your child at all times.

We want to limit our impact on the environment

We have bought recyclable materials wherever possible. Recycling bins are available behind the village hall so please deposit any used bottles, paper plates and plastic glasses there.

Please use the bins provided for all non-recyclables.
